Reimbursement Policies
Adopted May 16, 2012.
Applies to guest speakers and other “guests” of the CDS for which the Society is providing reimbursement for travel and accommodations.
Member Reinstatement
Adopted April 10, 2013.
Establishes procedures for reinstatement of a member who has been suspended for non-payment of dues.
Conference Exhibitors
Adopted May 15, 2013.
Outlines policies and procedures for commercial exhibitors at Society educational conferences.
Patient Privacy
Adopted June 3, 2015.
States the Society’s intent to safeguard patient privacy issues with respect to information presented at CDS conferences or in other formats, and to comply with all relevant HIPAA regulations.
Non-Discrimination & Sexual Harrasement
