The Chicago Dermatological Society (CDS) invites you to connect with its community of 200+ Chicago-based board-certified dermatologists and residents by partnering with us during the 2024-25 academic year.
Industry partners have several opportunities to meet new contacts and reconnect with prior ones, as there are six educational events planned for 2024-25.
As a partner, you have the option to select from three partnership opportunities:
Platinum: $30,000 (limited to a maximum of 6 companies per year)
- Exhibit at all 6 meetings with 5 representatives per meeting
- Preferred table placement and company-branded items
Gold: $20,000
- Exhibit at all 6 meetings with 3 representatives per meeting
- Preferred table placement
Silver: $10,000
- Exhibit at 3 meetings of your choice with 2 representatives per meeting
The June President’s Conference may also be sponsored for an additional $3,000 regardless of your chosen partnership.
If you are interested in exhibiting at these events, which members attend to learn about emerging topics in modern dermatology practices and earn Continuing Medical Education (CME) hours, we kindly request a one-time lump sum payment by August 31.

- Attendees – The average physician attendance at the CDS meetings is about 200, including approximately 50+ dermatology residents. We believe this provides a great corporate opportunity, not only for recognition of your support, but more importantly, one-on-one interaction with CDS members during the pre-meeting period, breaks and especially during lunch.

- Typical exhibitor schedule
- Set-up for your tabletop display will be available by 7 a.m.
- Doctors normally begin arriving at about 8 a.m. A continental breakfast is provided.
- Mid-morning break from 10 – 10:30 a.m.
- Lunch break from 12:15 – 1:00 p.m.
- Most exhibitors depart after the lunch period.
- Conference ends at 2:00 p.m.

- By participating in any of the CDS conferences, the Exhibitor and the Chicago Dermatological Society understand and agree that CDS policy does not allow the conference to accept any advice or services from the Exhibitor concerning speakers, authors, participants, program content or other CME matters as conditions of the exhibit fee, exhibit placement and/or sponsorship selection. In addition, both parties fully understand that this agreement, and therefore the conference is free from commercial bias or control due to the separation of the designated exhibitor area and related activities from the CME planners, authors, speakers and CME sessions. When submitting the associated exhibit fee, it is expressly understood that the company is purchasing an exhibit space only and is not purchasing any meals or providing any other remuneration to physicians.
