2010-2011 Monthly Meeting Schedule

The Chicago Dermatological Society is pleased to announce the 2010/2011 monthly meeting program schedule. Meetings generally begin at 9 a.m. with a resident lecture and 9:30 for patient/slide viewing. The main guest lecture usually is at 11 a.m. with case discussions after lunch at 1 p.m. Adjournment normally is at 2:30 p.m.

CLICK HERE for a "generic" registration form to use for guests (a PDF form that can be filled out on your computer and then printed).  Please note:  The CDS board policy is that all guests must be physicians, and that a guest may register for only one meeting.  Thank you for your understanding.

Medical Students -- Dermatology Departments should use this online form to register medical students who will be your guest at a monthly meeting.  Member log-in (i.e., the department chair or an attending) is required to use this form.
