Monthly Meeting Corporate Sponsor & Exhibitor Information

Seven educational conferences are scheduled each year, and and in January 2011 we're also holding a coding seminar for doctors and staff.  We are happy to be in a position to offer exhibit and corporate sponsorship opportunities for most of these events. The average physician attendance at th meetings is about 200, including approximately 50 dermatology residents. We believe this provides a great corporate opportunity, not only for recognition of your support, but also one-on-one interaction with CDS members during the pre-meeting period and especially the lunch break.

Companies interested in having an exhibit at a CDS monthly conference are welcome.  We offer a tabletop exhibit, as well as other sponsorship opportunities.  Please note that depending on the location of the m eeting, exhibit space may be limited.

Company Sponsorship Opportunities
 

  • Exhibit Table – $1,500. Please note that there are limitations at some of the meeting locations. Exhibit space will be a 6-foot table-top exhibit; you may have several company representatives in attendance. Doctors will be in the exhibit area during the morning registration/continental breakfast time, and during the lunch break.
  • Continental Breakfast – $750, each meeting. Includes signage and recognition in the meeting handout materials and announcement from the podium. Does not include exhibit table.
  • Lunch Sponsorship – $2,400, each meeting. Includes exhibit table, recognition in the meeting handout and signage.
  • Printing the meeting booklet – $1,000, each meeting. Includes recognition on the title page of the booklet and announcement from the podium..
  • Providing an general grant – Amount at the discretion of the company. If more than $1,500, may include an exhibit table (if space is available). Appropriate recognition in the meeting materials, and an announcement from the podium.
